• Pro Yearly Plan: $59.90 per year, billed annually (equivalent to $4.99 per month)
• Lifetime Plan: $199.00 one-time payment

All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes. Prices may vary by region.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Creem, our third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Creem's terms of service and privacy policy. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

Automatic Renewal

Monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the renewal amount.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by accessing the Customer Portal. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your paid period.

Refund Policy

• Response Time: We commit to responding to all refund requests within 3 business days. If we do not respond within this timeframe, Creem reserves the right to issue a refund on our behalf to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monthly and Yearly Subscriptions: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service within 30 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund.
• Lifetime Plan: Lifetime plans are eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
• Refund Requests: To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@3dfitness.vip. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.
• No Refund After 30 Days: After 30 days from the purchase date, we do not offer refunds except as required by law.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect your current subscription period but will apply to subsequent renewals. We will notify you of any price changes at least 30 days in advance.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to process the payment again. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be suspended or canceled. You will be notified of any payment issues via email.

Termination
